Q: Can I register
for a course on the first day of class?
A: First, call ahead to make sure there are seats available.
Second, make sure you come early that day to complete your
registration.
Q: What are the requirements to register
for a course?
A: You must be a
legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years of age and
have completed High School, G.E.D. or an equivalent.
Q: If I am unable to attend a course
after enrolling is my money refundable?
A: The course deposit is non-refundable. If you have made any
tuition payments, the tuition is refundable on a pro-rated basis.
Q: If I am unable to attend a course
after enrolling, can I transfer to another class?
A: All deposits and tuition fees may be forwarded to the next class
term. if the course has not begun. If you still cannot attend,
you will be issued a pro-rated refund and you must re-apply.
If the course has started, we would have to offer a pro-rated refund
and you will need to re-apply.
Q: What books and materials are needed
for my course?
A: All textbooks and materials are listed on the course syllabus and
the program web page. The best way to save money is to
purchase texts online (Amazon or similar sites).
Q: Do I have to
register in person?
A: No. You may mail the application packet with your deposit
to our administration office.
Q: Does the tuition cover my state
registration fees?
A: No. All monies paid to C.V.V.C. are for services rendered
by C.V.V.C. If you are required to register with a state
agency, those fees are paid to that agency at the time you register.
Q: Is my certification
valid if I move to another state?
A: This will depend on what state you are moving to. Most
states have reciprocity. That means, if you are recognized by
a state agency, when you move, the new state will accept your
certification. It is best to contact the governing agency in
the state you are moving to.
